Overview
Paradigm Housing Group ('Paradigm') is looking to appoint a professional, experienced and competent company in order to undertake ground level external inspection tree surveys on all trees on communal land within our operational area. This is to enable Paradigm to manage our tree portfolio in an effective manner and to reduce the risk of poor tree management and reactive works. The surveys are required to enable us to manage identified risk recommendations for tree works and for further surveys to be undertaken on a three yearly cycle for three cycles (nine years).
