Tree Maintenance Procurement

Network Homes (NH) have recently commissioned a tree survey of all trees in common areas. The tree survey identified that we have approx. 3000 trees. We have completed the emergency works that were identified under the survey. We now wish to tender the remaining tree maintenance programme over a 3 year period, with the option to extend for a further 3 years. The new contract will start in Feb 2017. The Contractor will be responsible for prioritising the maintenance work identified in the tree survey over a 3 year period, carrying out the works and updating the existing tree survey and database.
