Cobalt is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified provider for the provision of Treasury Advisory Services. Fees will be structured under an annual retainer fee, with prices for additional services submitted at tender stage The Service Provider it to advise on areas including investment advice, credit risk management, strategic advice, technical advice, prudential indicators, economic updates, performing monitoring and any additional reporting relevant to Cobalt Housing.
