Kent County Council wishes to enter into a Contract for the provision of a Travel Plan Management System (TPMS). The system will support schools in creating, storing and maintaining School Travel Plan documents. Whether it is voluntary, or a planning requirement, the online travel plan management system will enable schools to easily complete and format a Travel Plan. The online system will also provide templates and clear instructions to enable schools to efficiently collect travel data regularly, to enable the monitoring of school transport trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
