The provision of travel care and support services for children and young people with special educational needs, who primarily travel from home to school; and vulnerable adults who primarily travel from home to day care services, plus other locations as required. This procurement is to develop a Framework Agreement comprised of two lots. Lot 1 for minibus provision and lot 2 for taxi provision.
