The Authority is looking for a Supplier for the provision of a dedicated helpline, consisting of telephone and email support and available for: prototype practices, commissioners, and patients. Background Information: The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) announced on 14 October 2021 that the National Health Service (Dental Services) (Prototype Agreements) 2015 regulations will fall on 31 March 2022. There are currently 99 high street dental practices and 3 community dental services that are operating under these regulations.
