Training and Simulation Method Review

Overview of Requirement: In order for High Speed Two (HS2) Limited (HS2 Ltd) to progress with a decision about the training and simulation approach, research is required on how training for operational staff is undertaken today and how the use of technology could be exploited to aid training activities and allow an on-going competence to be maintained with greater efficiency and reduced cost.
