Extensive traffic surveys to update traffic models in the Penzance area, including roadside interview surveys, junction counts, link counts, automatic counts and ANPR surveys. The full survey program is still being developed, but will include approximately: 1 or 2 roadside interview surveys, 20 ATC surveys (2 weeks), 20 junction or link counts (12 hour) and an ANPR survey (12 hour, 15 locations - 30 cameras).
