Towns Funds Programme Consultancy Sandwell Council are seeking an experienced full- time consultancy resource to drive their Towns Fund submission. The requirements are split into 2 parts, further details of this can be found in the Requirements Section (Section 2) It is envisaged that Part 1 of the commission will be from January 2020 to June 2020 (6 months) with a potential 12 months extension to deliver Part 2.
