Town Hall Development - Business Plan and Audience Development

The tender is to help develop plans for the Town Hall, including business planning and audience development. Following a completed condition survey and an options report, this work will take forward the preferred option of mixed use with a community focus and will inform a development phase application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The developed business case will include an initial breakdown of capital and specified activity cost elements.
