This site located in Timms Road, Banbury is an old site in dire need of refurbishment with equipment set in primarily a sunken bark pit with a small area of wet pour safer surfacing under the old swing unit. Banbury Town Council is seeking the site to be refurbished giving maximum play value for local residents resulting in a Local Equipped Area of Play (LEAP) for children up to the age of 12 years. On completion the site must be free draining as it is currently located below the surrounding land.
