Thirteen Group (the Group) requires the demolition of existing houses, bungalows, low, medium and high rise properties including brick built garden stores, garages (integral and stand-alone blocks), fencing and other domestic structures associated with previously tenanted properties. For the purpose of this tender, we have three live projects and they will be evaluated separately; quality questions will be the same but each project but will be priced separately. The most economically advantageous tender(s) will be awarded the work.
