Lancashire County Council is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT to secure a multi-lotted supplier framework for the supply of food and drink products, including fresh provisions fresh meat, groceries, frozen food products, fresh baked products and soft drinks/snacks. The Framework is separated into twenty-three (23) lots and the requirements are as follows.
