The Knoll, Infrastructure works

Tenders are invited for the construction of new adoptable highway extension to South March, Daventry and plateau formation for new industrial park and car parking including services required to highway i.e. street lighting, signage and provision of ducts or services for proposed industrial development. The Knoll is an area of land that is zoned in the Local Plan for industrial use. It forms the crown of a hill (hence “The Knoll”) and is just over five acres in area.
