Overview

Suffolk County Council wishes to appoint a multi-disciplinary Design Team to produce the design for The Hold; initially, this will be up to and including RIBA stage 3 design level, obtain planning, building regulations and any other consents. Subject to securing Round 2 HLF funding, the contract would then be extended to complete development, to include production of detailed designs and specifications, and assist with the production of ITT documents for construction contractors, and to provide pre and post tender advice.
