Overview

Suffolk County Council wishes to appoint a Cost Consultant to provide estimates, advice, and other cost consultancy services regarding the cost of construction for The Hold; initially, this will be up to and including RIBA stage 3 design level, obtain planning, building regulations and any other consents. Subject to securing Round 2 HLF funding, the contract would then be extended to complete development, to include production of detailed designs and specifications, and assist with the production and evaluation of ITT documents for construction contractors, and to provide pre and post tender advice.
