Newcastle City Council (The Client) owns 'The Core' office building at Newcastle Helix and are progressing it's redevelopment. The council are inviting exceptional contractors to tender for the opportunity for the redevelopment which is inclusive of building strip-out, CAT A fit-out, MEP replacement and a host of Wellbeing and sustainability improvements.
