Thames Freeport Skills Programme 2027

Thames Freeport is establishing a procurement Framework for the delivery of skills training programmes in the Thames Freeport region, specifically in the boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Thurrock. The procurement will appoint a pool of approved training providers to a framework, with call-off contracts placed for specific programmes. The first set of call-off contracts are likely to require training in construction, advanced manufacturing and logistics. This pre-market engagement is intended to inform potential bidders of the procurement approach and gather views on market capacity.
