TfGM is looking to establish a new contract for a single supplier to provide landscaping requirements across its estate. TfGM oversees facilities management at 60 sites throughout the 10 Councils of Greater Manchester. Its varied portfolio encompasses 22 bus stations, one railway station, 14 railway car parks, two logistics facilities and warehouses, the Leigh Guided Busway (LEGB), as well as multiple roundabouts. The Tenderer must be able to provide the services themselves or via a suitable subcontractor that they will manage and be responsible for during the contract term.
