Test Beds National Evaluation Delivery Partner

Contract awarded to appoint a national evaluation delivery partner organisation for the Test Bed Programme, to provide support, advice and quality assurance of the local evaluations, as well as developing a national evaluation framework that could be used for evaluating future innovations. The two (2) main deliverables for this work will be: 1. A national evaluation framework that can be used for future evaluation of digital innovations.
