East Anglia RFCA are seeking to appoint a main contractor to undertake replacement of the roof at Maldon Cadet Centre, CM9 5EW. Planning permission has been granted to: • Remove felt covering to pitched roof, replace with insulated aluminium sheet roof covering (approx. 350m²). • Remove and replace felt roof covering to flat roof side extension (approx. 50m²). • Replace all Rainwater goods, soffits & fascias. The contractor will also be required to install approx. 50m² of timber rafters to the main roof. A structural engineer's design will be supplied with the tender documents.
