Overview

We are preparing for the Regulator of Social Housing's (RSH) new Consumer Standard that will come into force from April 2023 in the form of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM's). In doing so we are seeking to engage the services of an expert independent consultancy for 3 years (with the option to extend for a further 2 years if necessary) to undertake tenant perception surveys as set out in the TSM's. This will allow us to track and analyse how tenants perceive the services they receive from us and the relationship they have with us.
