Overview
Westminster City Council (the 'Authority") invites Tenders for the provision of temporary body storage structures ("the Services"). The Framework Agreement to be procured will provide safe and secure temporary storage facilities for deceased who would otherwise be stored in hospital or local authority mortuaries or in funeral homes due to an excess death situation. The occurrence of excess death situations cannot be predicted, and the Authority cannot guarantee the timing, quantity, or duration of the need to call off some, or all, of the service.
