Temporary Accommodation Refurbishment Main Contractor

Westminster City Council undertook a mini competition under the Procurement for Housing ("PfH") Responsive Repairs and Void Property Services Framework, a national procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector split into five lots. In this instance, the Council relied on Lot 2 - Void Property Refurbishment which provide end-to-end management of refurbishment works (internal and external) required within empty properties.
