Sefton Council wishes to set up a Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) for the provision of Temporary Accommodation. The Council has opted to establish a PDPS is to enable the Council to remain in touch with the Temporary Accommodation marketplace on a greater frequency than would be permissible under a Framework Agreement. This PDPS will be referred to as the Sefton Temporary Accommodation PDPS. This Sefton Temporary Accommodation PDPS is issued by Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council.
