Wyre Forest District Council ("the Council") wishes to appoint Providers for the inclusion on the Wyre Forest District Council temporary accommodation Preferred Supplier List (PSL). Wyre Forest District Council has a legal duty under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996 (as amended) to provide temporary accommodation for single people or homeless households whilst an application for housing is being assessed. Temporary being a none defined length of time during which a person and or household can be placed in the accommodation.
