Overview
CCCU had an ageing mixed estate of legacy telecommunications systems across its campuses at Canterbury, Broadstairs, Medway and Tunbridge Wells. The Telephony and Unified Communication project comprises two distinct phases. Phase 1 (which is outside the scope of this tender) addresses a number of the current risks and will deliver a stable telephony platform by May 2016.
