The Scottish Government has a requirement to place a new transitional contract with a single external service provider for the provision of: -SIP Trunks; - Operator Connect service and plans; - Inbound Call Control platform - Purchasing of new DDI numbers ranges - Purchasing of new Non-Geographic numbers - Optionally we may wish to use the contract to transfer to or purchase other services such as ISDN30, business broadband or replace legacy PSTN connections.
