2.1 This FC sets out the requirements of this procurement and provides information on how the tender process will be managed. It also explains the clarification process and confirms the process that will be used to evaluate Tender(s). 2.2 The primary focus objective is to establish a suitable solution for a broadband and telephony provider to demonstrate value for money, efficient and consistent provision of service. 2.3 This tender is for a third-party provider to supply intra-site connectivity between all existing Trust schools.
