Overview
Highways England is seeking to appoint Contractors to deliver Topographical Surveys across it's network regions. Topographical surveys, in accordance with appropriate highways standards, will include but not be limited to; o Topographical o 3D Laser Scanning o LIDAR o Surveys using small unmanned aircraft (SUA) o Utility Surveys (over ground and underground) in accordance with PAS 128 This notice is for the selection questionnaire stage of the procurement exercise after which a shortlist of successful suppliers will be invited to tender at the next stage.
