BEIS is seeking to contract and independent review into the failings of EWI installed as part of the Fishwick 247 scheme. The aims of the study are to: 1) Understand causal factors that led to the serious failings of the original installation; 2) Understand processes and designs being employed to ensure successful rectification of the failed installation; 3) Summarise implications from these findings for future changes to the quality framework for the installation of SWI, which can be relayed to the team implementing the Bonfield Review.
