Harris Federation, a large MAT, wishes to form a Technical Advisory Services Panel which will run for up to three years in order to facilitate our needs to project manage capital building projects from a technical perspective. The Panel will be formed of companies and named individuals. We anticipate the Panel comprising of no more than ten members but the Federation reserves the right to vary this.
