The Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) intends to appoint a Technical Advisor (TA) to assist with the design, set-up and implementation of a new International Climate Finance programme, the Climate Finance Accelerator (CFA), which is set to be launched in 2020. The CFA will support emerging economies to translate their Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) - commitments made under the Paris Agreement - into 'climate investment plans', which consist of a pipeline of bankable, low-carbon projects.
