TEC Partnership - Replacement & Decentralisation of Heating Systems

This specification describes the proposed replacement and decentralisation of the LPHW heating system serving the single-storey construction wing of Block B at the Grimsby Institute Campus. This scope of works shall also include the installation of new heating controls and associated electrical works (power supplies, control wiring and containment).
