The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for Voluntary Sector Infrastructure Support which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. Bolton has a large and diverse Voluntary and Community Sector (VCSE) which adds huge value to the borough's quality of life and that of its residents. An eco-system made up of over 1,600 groups and organisations of all types and sizes, reaching deep into Bolton's communities.
