Essex County Councils (ECC) existing talent pool technology agreement is expiring in April 2023, we are looking to procure a new service which embraces the everchanging technology available to us whilst allowing us to align to our internal Resourcing Strategy and future plans. We are looking to create a bank of candidates who would be interested in working for ECC and other external partner organisations. We would be looking to actively engage with this talent pool community in order to attract candidates for all opportunities, across multiple roles at all levels of the organisations.
