TALBOT SEND - PHYSIO SUITE

The Works comprise the design and construction of a singular modular Physio unit, built on the turning head adjacent the existing modular classroom block. The modular unit will be set at ground level to achieve level access for pupils and staff and facilities including hoist and privacy glazing to windows. Services will be run from the plantroom in the adjacent classroom block, existing drainage runs to be picked up for rain and foul water removal. Minimal external works are required, but do include the relocation of a retaining wall to facilitate the build whilst maintaining access for fire tender.
