The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to notify the market of the PEACEPLUS Programme’s intention to hold a Pre- market engagement for the PEACEPLUS Arts Across the Genres Tender. This project contributes to the implementation of the Thriving and Peaceful Communities theme under the Belfast PEACEPLUS Local Community Action Plan. To create at least five pieces of original cross community, bottom up and professional artist facilitated pieces of work, through four collaborative projects across the city, each on a North, South, East and West basis.
