T1210 ADHERE Sander quality and performance criteria framework

This project aims to provide the GB rail industry with a quality and performance assessment criteria framework for sander design, build, installation, maintenance, overhaul and supply chain. The framework should: 1. Establish a benchmark for overall sanding system quality and performance; and quality and performance of key components, for example sand hopper, valve, and air supply. 2. Enable identification of valuable areas for improvement relative to the determined benchmark performance, enabling operators to identify which changes should be made (including changes to the supply chain). 3.
