Collection of network data and correction of energy billing National Highways is seeking a consultant to undertake a rapid auditable survey of the North West and North East strategic road network and subsequent data correction exercise. The objective is to identify the location of road lighting columns and the presence of LED or non-LED luminaires, and to use that data to update and correct the inventories used to inform monthly energy billing, as well as providing a revised national baseline on lighting quantities, energy and carbon.
