Overview

The Road User Safety People Team is procuring technical consultancy services to develop a Breakdown Strategy and associated Action Plan to reduce breakdowns, mitigate their impact where they do occur and reduce unsafe behaviours while stopped on the strategic road network (SRN). The objective of the Task is to build on evidence gathered from previous research and activities by National Highways, engage with key stakeholders and take a partnership approach to implement a range of measures to reduce breakdowns and unsafe behaviours on the SRN.
