Overview
The purpose of this contract is to provide phase 2d of the T0170 contract. A specialist evaluation service to support the delivery of high-quality evaluation studies which measure benefits realisation from National Highways' policies, programmes and projects. The contract will support an evaluation programme running between 2021/22 and 2024/25. This scope is for phases 2d for projects to be delivered between April 2023 and March 2024.
