Overview
The purpose of this contract is to provide phase 2a of the T0170 contract. A specialist evaluation service to support the delivery of high-quality evaluation studies which measure benefits realisation from National Highways' policies, programmes and projects. The contract will support an evaluation programme running between 2021/22 and 2024/25. This scope is for phase 2a to be delivered between April 2023 and March 2024. This will involve delivering multiple projects concurrently, bringing in innovation and methodological development to help build the capacity and capabilities for evaluation.
