Overview
National Highways (NH) is looking to continue its work with a consultant for provision of specialist advisory services to further develop the National Concrete Roads Programme. This will include support of the national concrete roads team and development of the modelling for a RIS3 programme. The purpose of this Work Package is to provide strategic advice and guidance to the Programme Director and permanent programme team in the future shaping of the programme to best enable its long-term vision.
