T0032 Red Claims

Building on the work undertaken in work order 1-1142 - Green Claims, Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of services to support them to further develop process, capability and information collection within our Network Claims teams. Namely this will be a focus on our Red Claims processes. Contracted provision of services for Green Claims has proved very successful in increasing recovery rates and implementing a standard management operating system and performance reporting.
