T0007 A303 Contingent Valuation Methods - Evaluation Study (CVMES)

Highways England is seeking a contract for provision of economics and evaluation services for the A303 Stonehenge - Amesbury to Berwick Down scheme. The main task is to propose suitable evaluation methods to validate the extent to which the scheme has delivered its expected cultural heritage contingent valuation benefits post-scheme opening. This should be summarised in a report.
