CALL FOR COMPETITION. T Levels are creating a new programme of Technical Education that introduces a high quality technical option to sit alongside the existing academic options for students aged 16 to 19. In line with Sainsbury Report recommendations, each T Level is being delivered by a single body or consortium under an "exclusive licence", awarded for a fixed time period following open competition.
