Mark Wardman, who led the original project team, is now Director of Economics at Systra and on Pell Frischmann's supply chain. We spoke to Mark Wardman, who has confirmed access to the original survey data and survey design. Mark also served as expert advisor on the Highways England 2017 Surface Quality Stated Preference Pilot Study, which means he will be able to reflect the lessons learnt from that project in this new work.
