Supported Living Services in Torbay Supported Living is a key priority for Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust (TSDFT) and Torbay Council; we are currently working together to define, review and modernise Supported Living services. The aim is to ensure Supported Living (Accommodation with Care and Support) meets and supports our new Model of Care and aligns with Torbay's market position statement and housing strategy.
