The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames is seeking to commission a "Flexible Framework Agreement" provision for Supported Living and Outreach Services consisting of multiple suitably qualified providers under which it can call off via direct awards or mini-competitions. This procurement comprises of three lots.
